We went to the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Whittier Mill Park Sat. afternoon. A favorite event for the girls this year! Lollipop games, tattoos, cookie decorating, farm animals, pony rides, and then some more sugar after the egg hunt. As a mom who tries to pump a decent amount of healthy foods into my children, there are those times I surrender...for the weekend.
On Sunday we went to Grammie and Poppa's house for lunch. The Bunny left huge baskets and the girls had no problem plowing through the chocolate and jelly beans. Thank You Easter Bunny!!
Again, I am reminded how grateful and blessed we are as a family. I will thank God as I lift myself into bed tonight. And, promise to serve lots of veggies this week!!

Trevor took the girls to the GA Tech vs. FSU Baseball game that night!! It may look like they are still on a sugar high.
But, they have since crashed, slept for 2 1/2 hours and got back up in time for the game-With FULL enthusiasm!! Way to pull through Pitt Pair! |
