Grandma and Auntie "M" come for a visit!

Molly (a.k.a Auntie M) came in town for the weekend to help out and visit with the girls...what a lifesaver! I swear the girls were so well behaved while she was here-I think they really loved her! We went to the mall, went for walks, went out to eat, and just spent time with the twinkies. Thank you Molly!!!!!

Mom came in town while I had to clean out my classroom for work. Who doesn't love Grandma in town?!?!? The hardest part is taking her back to the airport. We have lots of summer trips planned. Even one to Montana for the 4th!

Memorial Day Party!

The back yard is finally finished. I can not take any credit for the project. Trevor spent many hours on building the firepit, grill top, and planting flowers. We decided to throw a Memorial Day cookout for our college friends and neighbors. There were a ton of people and kids. Here is the before picture of the yard. Imagine kids in the rocks, 2 thunderstorms, and all the cupcakes and popcicles 15 kids under the age of 5 could eat and there is your after picture...not a pretty site. But, we had so much fun and the cleanup was easy with our giant hose :)

It was a big weeekend! The twins got there first set of shots during their 8 week appoinment. Addison is 11lbs and Hadley is 11lbs.5oz. They have doubled their birth weight. Also, our good friends came in town for a visit. Their daughter, Madison, was a pro at feeding time! I need her around more!

They are even happy after 3 shots in their legs! The Doctor got a kick out of the outfits.

Auntie Molly gave us these outfits. Mommy loves them because there are no snaps! We also slept from 11pm-4am! YEAH!!

What a day!!

Mothers Day!
I was a very happy to be able to celebrate this holiday! We went to Lynn's house for lunch. As much as I think these 2 outfits are cute I am not sure the girls enjoyed them at all. The dresses kept riding up around their neck and one of the girls (I will not say the name to protect the innocent) had a diaper explosion the min. we walked in the door...right through the tights and dress. Good news...It was mothers day, so Trevor got to change the diaper!

Grandma and Grandpa Pitt have been so kind to come take care of the twins during the weekends! We are so grateful for some time to run errands and catch up on some much needed sleep. The girls LOVE their grandparents!!
